Main responsibilities :

  • Ensure the planning, organization and control of various activities regarding implementation or optimization project while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget (including budgeted hours), scope of mandate and quality deliverables;
  • Understand and use the system integration or optimization methodology in place while adapting it to the mandate's specific needs according to the system integrator's proposals;
  • Plan and integrate process redefinition and change management activities into the mandate to ensure its sustainability;
  • Demonstrate leadership in influencing other stakeholders internal and external to the mandate to carry out planned activities while proactively managing problem solutions;
  • Actively participate in different deliverables according to assigned projects.

Profile required :

  • University or college diploma relevant to the position with over 3 years of experience in implementation and optimization projects;
  • Certification in one of the following applications: Workday, UKG (UltimateSoftware & Kronos), Ceridian, ADP WorkforceNow, (asset);
  • Good knowledge of key human resources activities, payroll (time management and talent acquisition and management modules);
  • Excellent sense of organization and a great ability to manage priorities, deadlines and budget (including budgeted hours);
  • Very high level of rigor and sense of efficiency;
  • Excellent systems thinking and analysis;
  • Sharp sense of initiative and autonomy;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and outreach skills;
  • Very good ability to manage stress, problem situations and finding solutions;
  • Leadership and adaptability;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and project management software;
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken French (a functional level of written and spoken English would be an asset).
